Mosaic is looking for an Executive Director to join our team!
Reporting directly to the State Operations Director, the Executive Director is responsible for managing all business and programmatic matters of the agency in accordance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and within budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities include overseeing all program services, personnel management, financial management, and community and public relations.

Qualifications
You should have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
Minimum of five years experience in a related field, with two years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Good to have (but not deal breakers):
Successful experience in budget management and human resources preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures in order to provide quality services, meet or exceed accreditation standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Facilitate and foster employee engagement through open communication, fair practices, and recognition programs.
Oversee the recruiting, hiring, training, development, and supervising of staff.
Establish and maintain open communication with staff as well as individuals served and families and/or guardians of individuals receiving services.
Oversee local fundraising events in conjunction with sustainable funding effort
