Position Summary
Santa Maria El Mirador is seeking an experienced highly motivated leader who is mission driven in the care of developmentally disabled individuals. The Executive Director will have a proven track record in best practices, financial oversight, leadership, communication, and operational excellence. Degreed in finance, business, healthcare, or education administration, the Executive Director will have 10 years of executive administration experience with a strong background in knowledge of governance, healthcare regulations, and standards of practice.
Base salary is $140,000; exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
Qualifications
Educational requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business, healthcare, or education administration.
Experience Requirements: Ten years of executive administration experience is preferred with a strong background in knowledge of governance, healthcare regulations, and standards of practice.

Santa Maria El Mirador is an intermediate care facility providing physical, emotional, and clinical support to the adults with intellectual disabilities we care for. We offer residential services as well as community services, such as supportive employment. Santa Maria El Mirador is a teaching, training, and therapy organization. There are residences in Santa Fe, Espanola, and Alcalde, New Mexico.
