JM Murray is hiring a full-time Executive Services Director who will support the Senior Vice President of Services in the oversight and administration of services provided within the company.
The Services Division at JM Murray offers a diverse range of vocational and habilitative options that are both creative and flexible, including: Vocational Rehabilitation, Habilitation Services, Employment Services, and Self-directed Services. Services at JM Murray are guided by the principles of advocacy, integration, individualization, and productivity.

Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday. Requires flexibility based on needs of the organization.
This position offers a pay range of $109,000 – $122,000. Placement in the range will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.

Other Requirements: Requires a valid NYS Driver’s License, proof of NYS minimum insurance coverage, and clearance through a Background Check process.
Qualifications
Education:
– Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, psychology or related filed; and 3-5 years of experience in working with individuals with disabilities and 2 years of supervising others.
– Knowledge of FI programs, Day Habilitation, Community Habilitation and Employment Services required.
– Knowledge of Prevocational Services a plus

How you can make a bigger difference:
The Executive Sr Director will provide support to the Sr VP of Services with strategical planning, to achieve growth and expansion of assigned service areas according to the company mission and goals. Provides supervision to a service areas leadership. Attends all monthly compliance meetings for all service areas. Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to employees with regard to job performance. Assists with hiring staff and job training. Assists with internal audits and ensures all findings are responded to. Maintains productive and high levels of communication to each service department. Assists with developing and managing departmental budgets. Maintains knowledge of all new and updated regulations for all JM Murray Services.
