| ChildServe is looking for a Service Manager for our ICF/ID homes.
As an ICF/ID Manager, you will be responsible for successful management of policies, processes, and systems within the ICF/ID Homes, and for demonstrating the organizational values in the day-to-day operation of the ICF/ID service. About ChildServe Group Homes: ChildServe’s Homes offer 24-hour support and specialized nursing care. The homes offer a comfortable, nurturing environment for children and adults who need round-the-clock supervision or medical care. | Roles & Responsibilities |
| Supervise the team through effective hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Ensure development of staff to achieve high results. Develop the annual budget and maintain any contingency plans. Prepare and maintain annual operating plan (AOP) and established reporting mechanisms. Assure adequate availability of qualified staff. Assure individual performance is consistently evaluated, and staff are properly trained to perform the essential functions of their position. Conduct regular internal policy compliance and quality reviews. Manage occupancy and service units. Collaborate with management team to identify opportunities for improvement. |
| Qualifications |
| Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field. 5 years’ management experience. 7 years’ experience in child services. 7 years’ experience in ICFMR, RBSCL, 24 Hour SCL or related service. |
