Position Summary

Reports to: Director of Psychological Services and Mental Health Counseling
Employment: Contract

StationMD also offers scheduled psychiatry and psychology telemedicine to individuals with I/DD. Qualifications

– Passion and/or experience caring for individuals with I/DD
– Completed a doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program
– 2 years experience as a licensed psychologist with current licensure in state of Ohio
– Must reside and see patients from anywhere in the continental US
– Must be authorized to work in the US
– Minimal to no malpractice history or Medicaid/Medicare sanctions
– Willingness to complete processing for additional state licenses and / or possess multiple state licenses at date of hire a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

Essential Proficiencies:

– Provide psychology services via telemedicine during scheduled hours.
– Assess, diagnose, and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders that present to StationMD for evaluation.
– Must be proficient in administering empirically validated psychological tests and report writing, preferring experience with WAIS IV (or current version),the CTONI-2, the SCQ , the CAARS and the Bayley 2 along with the Vineland 3 Comprehensive Adaptive Parent/ Caregiver Form.

Responsibilities:

– Complete all required training prior to start of first shift (along with ongoing training as needed) and attend an orientation meeting with VP of Behavioral Health Services or designee.
– Carry a valid Ohio license prior to seeing your first client.
– Work with our credentialling and licensing team to ensure all required information for state medical licenses and credentialling with state Medicaid and insurance programs are available in a timely fashion.
– Attend at least 70% of monthly team meetings.
– Commit a minimum of 10 scheduled hours per week in re-occurring blocks.
