SCHEDULE: Days, medical OnCall every 4th weekend during OnCall some evenings and weekends may be needed to support critical medical calls..

Qualifications
What YOU’LL NEED:
Associates Or Bachelors In Nursing required.
Minimum of one year of general nursing experience required.
State nursing license in good standing required.
Ability to lift, push and or pull at least 50 pounds.
Roles & Responsibilities
What YOU’LL Do:
Provide Expert Clinical Care & Consultation: Apply your clinical skills to deliver precise nursing activities including assessment and care planning and execute physician orders like medication administration and follow-up.
Be a Proactive Health Advocate: Ensure individuals receive all necessary routine and preventative healthcare by scheduling, coordinating, transporting, and communicating effectively with external healthcare providers and internal partners at the agency.
Monitor and Manage Health Status: Provide ongoing monitoring of health, quickly recognize changes in condition, and maintain thorough, accurate healthcare documentation and records to promote the person’s best possible health.
Empower Through Education: Deliver essential health-related training and education like infection control and medication administration to the Med Aides and support staff and the people we serve.
Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with the individual and their entire support circle (family, caregivers, and natural supports.
