Position Summary
The Vice President of Residential Services oversees a multi-million-dollar non-profit department of EP!C Inc. that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across the state of Illinois. This position is responsible for the management of 12 CILA group homes, over 55 Host Home sites, and more than 20 Supportive Living sites.
The role has a strategic focus on growth in the Host Home program, effective fiscal management, team development, and ongoing compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and accreditation standards. The Vice President directly supervises five Directors to ensure high-quality, a culture of accountability, and person-centered residential services.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Three years’ experience with people with developmental disabilities.
- Background in residential services and 24/7 operations
- 7 – 10 years of progressive leadership experience in project management of multiple sites.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Vice President of Residential Services reports to the CEO and is responsible for overseeing EP!C’s residential operations, with a consistent emphasis on quality of service and support, growth, and operational efficiencies. The VP is responsible for effective fiscal management, team development, ongoing compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and accreditation standards, as well as fostering a culture of accountability.
