New York Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation (NY Alliance), Albany NY – The NY Alliance is a state-wide association that is the result of a merger, approximately one year ago, between the New York State Association of Community and Residential Agencies (NYSACRA) and the New York State rehabilitation Association (NYSRA).

The NY Alliance has announced that effective October 1, Ann Hardiman, the current President/CEO of the NY Alliance is now the Alliance’s first Chief Innovation Officer (CIO). In this new capacity Ann will identify and leverage new opportunities, technologies and methodologies to further advance opportunities for innovation and inclusion.

Michael Seereiter, the Executive Vice President/COO (and former CEO of NYSRA) was named the NY Alliance’s President/CEO, also effective October 1. He will continue to focus on the mission, vision and core values of the association. Mr. Seereiter was also recently recognized as One of the 100 Most Powerful People in the Nonprofit Community by City & State, a well-known media outlet that reports on New York’s politics and policy.
