CHARLES, MO: David Kramer, Chief Operations Officer for ANCOR member Emmaus, is leaving the organization at the end of April to become CEO of the Center for Human Services, headquartered in Sedalia, MO. David has been an active ANCOR member while at Emmaus, serving on the association’s Board of Representatives.
