The ongoing pandemic has highlighted the necessity to train team members in new and innovative ways to ensure the continuity of all essential operations. Assuring uninterrupted service provision as staff transition to conducting virtual or remote visits in the effort to continue to provide support and care to individuals, many of whom are among the most vulnerable to contracting the virus, is of the utmost importance during these challenging times.

Therap’s Training Academy currently offers over 60 courses that are structured with standard training content and objectives users found at agency new hire training or Therap regional conferences but are available to users from remote locations. The courses are available 24/7, allowing users to take the courses at their own pace and convenient schedule so that remote training is incredibly  flexible. Training Academy courses include topics such as incident reporting, employment, health tracking, individual support plans, attendance, person-centered documentation and behavior tracking. Eligible users can earn Continuing Education Units are available  for completion of selected courses for eligible users.
