Welcome to ANCOR Links, a podcast produced by ANCOR, a nonprofit organization whose 2,000+ members work all across the country to make inclusion a reality for people of all abilities.

André Floyd will be your host for each episode, but you’ll hear far more voices than his. In addition to the depth of knowledge and passion that my colleagues will bring to this podcast, we will also have conversations with a wide range of voices. Some of these voices are already well-known in the disability community, while others should be more widely known—and they will each bring distinct perspectives.

We believe disability, accessibility, inclusion, diversity, and equity all have intersections within our worlds that are worth exploring through expansive conversations with knowledgeable and thought-provoking voices.

Join us as we examine topics related to disability and disability services in a more holistic way. We will do so by examining politics, pop culture and everything in between from the perspectives of self-advocates, Direct Support Professionals, subject-matter experts, policy professionals, industry leaders and beyond.

Together, we’ll link you into the conversations that need to be had on topics that need to be addressed.
