The ANCOR Foundation is proud to present its first-ever CEO Summit, taking place November 9-11, 2026, at the stunning Hyatt Regency Tamaya on the Santa Ana Pueblo, just outside Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Our CEO Summit is created with CEOs and Executive Directors in mind. Our agenda is shaped to harness the insights and understandings of leaders experiencing the same challenges that you are, as you navigate one of the most challenging and unpredictable environments we’ve seen.

This isn’t a deep dive into policy or the nuances of your operations—it’s space to connect and brainstorm with peers about what your organization could be, and what you need as a leader to get it there.

And, with the beauty of Santa Ana Pueblo as your backdrop, you’ll have room to be restored, too.

Space is limited, and we do anticipate selling out, so don’t wait to claim your seat!

To ensure as many CEOs as possible can participate, we ask that registration be limited to 1 person per organization (email us if you have questions).

Meet Our Keynote Speaker: Laura van Dernoot Lipsky

Headshot of Laura van Dernoot Lipsky

Laura van Dernoot Lipsky is the founder and director of The Trauma Stewardship Institute and the author of Trauma Stewardship and The Age of Overwhelm. A pioneer in the field of trauma exposure, she coined the term trauma stewardship to describe a sustainable, justice-rooted approach to caring for ourselves while caring for others.

For nearly 40 years, Laura has helped others navigate overwhelm, crisis, and trauma. Her early years in activism and direct service work led to a personal reckoning with the cumulative toll of witnessing suffering. That experience sparked a lifelong inquiry into how people and systems can remain engaged without losing themselves or causing harm. She has become a widely respected expert, voice, and guide at the forefront of the growing, global movement for trauma stewardship.

Laura founded The Trauma Stewardship Institute to foster a cross-disciplinary movement that reduces isolation and supports people navigating the weight of responsibility, systemic stress, overwhelm, and trauma—in their lives, their work, and their communities.

Throughout her entire career, Laura has been active in movements for social and environmental justice. She has taught systemic oppression, liberation theory, and the intersectional toll of trauma across identities, professions, and geographies.

All events will take place at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya unless otherwise noted. The event will begin at 3 pm on Monday, November 9, and end after breakfast on Wednesday, November 11.

More information on the agenda is coming soon!
