Brandi M.

Brandi serves as ANCOR’s Membership and Communications Coordinator.

Before joining ANCOR, Brandi worked across nonprofit communications, development, and operations, supporting organizations advancing affordable housing, caregiving, and economic mobility. Most recently, she served as the Development Associate at the National Alliance for Caregiving, where she developed and managed the organization’s fundraising CRM and supported membership renewals and engagement.

She also served as Managing Communications and Impact Consultant for an affordable housing nonprofit where she led strategic communications efforts including media relations, impact reporting, and client communications, while overseeing learning and evaluation initiatives.

Brandi holds a Master of Professional Studies in Community Leadership from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she focused on relationship-centered social justice work with an emphasis on learning and evaluation in nonprofit organizations. She is passionate about building strong relationships, telling compelling stories, and creating systems that help mission-driven organizations maximize their impact.

Outside of work, Brandi enjoys learning languages, hosting a book club for women of color, and using her personal trainer certification to help friends and family rediscover joyful movement.
