Charles (Chuck) Sweeder is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Human Services. He is a strong advocate for the people who choose to receive services from Keystone, employees, and their families, and works to make Keystone’s mission and vision real in people’s lives. Under his leadership, Keystone is growing in its mission to create more inclusive communities where all people have opportunities to live full, meaningful lives.
Chuck began his career with Keystone in 2003 and has held various roles within Finance, including Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, and Treasurer. In 2020, he assumed the role of Executive Vice President and expanded his leadership to include operational oversight of Key Human Services in Connecticut. In July 2021, he became President and CEO of Keystone Autism Services and began overseeing Partnerships for People in New Jersey.
He brings an extensive background to his leadership role in Keystone Human Services. He began his career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse and has provided financial oversight and management of both large and small corporations.
Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). With a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he is a Certified Public Accountant.
