Heidi Mansir

Heidi Mansir is the Executive Director of Uplift, Inc. where she has worked for more than thirty years. Heidi has a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in in Accounting and a Master of Public Administration (MPA).

During her time with Uplift, Heidi has overseen all aspects of Agency fiscal management; supervised Agency Accounting, Human Resource, Training, Management Information, and Transportation departments; Served as a Home Administrator; Served as the Person Centered Planning Coordinator; developed financial and programmatic plans and policies to provide short and long range direction for the Agency; and assured that the operations of the Agency are in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Heidi has also been active in the service provider community on both the State and Federal level.  In Maine, she has served many years on the Maine Association for Community Service Providers Board of Directors, including two terms as the President and two terms as Treasurer.  Heidi has also served for many years on the national level as a member of the ANCOR Board of Directors, the Board of Representatives and on many workgroups and committees.
