Suzanne de Grouchy

Suzanne joined ANCOR in September 2024 as the Senior Director of Finance. In Suzanne’s previous position as Director of Financial Planning, Analysis & IT at Volunteers of America Delaware Valley, an ANCOR member, she implemented new technology and processes to support operations which enabled more time and money to be directed to the people and programs that fuel the mission.

She has also held accounting positions in an international membership organization, Susan G. Komen and the March of Dimes.  Earlier in her career, Suzanne worked in a federally funded agency tasked with coordinating information from multiple state agencies to consolidate and improve access to data on jobs and training for people of all abilities.

Suzanne’s undergraduate degree is from Colby College in Maine, and she received her Master of Science in Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology while working at the March of Dimes and raising her children.  Now that her children are doing their own good work, Suzanne is looking forward to both supporting a vital mission-focused organization and finding some interesting hobbies.
