Zach Wray

Zach Wray is the President & CEO of Sunrise Community, Inc. Zach has been in the health and human service field for over 20 years, with over 15 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

After obtaining both his Master of Social Work and Master of Public Health degrees from the University of South Florida, Zach served as CEO of a small 501(c)(3) organization, which later became part of Sunrise group of companies. Following the Sunrise acquisition, Zach served as both an Executive Director and Vice President prior to becoming CEO of the organization in 2015. Sunrise has continued to expand under Zach’s leadership, currently operating in eight states and providing residential and day program services to nearly 2,000 people with disabilities.

Zach is Certified in Public Health by the National Board of Public Health Examiners, and in 2018 was the recipient of both the 40 Under 40 Rising Young Leaders Award by the South Florida Business Journal and the Katie Porta Excellence in Administration Award from the Florida Association of Rehabilitation Facilities. In addition to being a member of the ANCOR Board of Directors, Zach currently serves as Board Chair of the Florida Association of Rehabilitation Facilities.
