Crisis Planning

You may not know when or where, but crisis will strike. When it does, how you prepared will make all the difference in the world.

About This Priority

As they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. While you can’t always expect the unexpected, you can be prepared with plans in place that help guide your response the moment crisis strikes. That’s what makes crisis planning so crucial for community-based I/DD service providers: having the best-laid plans can be life-saving for the people with disabilities in your care.

Although ANCOR can’t prevent the crises providers might experience, we’re here for you every step of the way. From planning to execution, it’s up to all of us to do our part in mitigating the worst impacts of life’s unexpected emergencies.
