Building on the success of our CEO salary study issued in 2023, ANCOR recently launched the results of our 2024 examination of compensation among several key senior-level roles within I/DD services organizations.

Recognizing the lack of available data, we aimed to establish a clear understanding of executive-level salaries and benefits within our industry, and to enable comparisons of trends and disparities between ours and peer industries.

With data from 450+ executives in our field, this study supports:

  • I/DD professionals to benchmark their own compensation packages more effectively as they seek upward mobility in their organizations and in the industry.
  • A deeper understanding among the broader human services landscape of the relationship between executive compensation and compensation of the broader I/DD workforce.
  • A fuller picture of disparities that may exist between male and female CEOs.
  • And more.
