A letter from ANCOR and its coalition partners to U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services regarding delays in immigrant visa processing

Along with nearly a dozen other disability and aging organizations, ANCOR signed onto a letter dated June 27, 2022, regarding challenges to the processing of I-140 immigrant visa applications at the Texas Premium Processing unit. The letter, addressed to U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, argues that delays in visa processing at the Texas facility have led to significant challenges regarding the staffing of nursing homes.
