Letter to Congress Urging Delay in RSNAT Regulation

On February 14, 2022, ANCOR and 56 other advocacy and stakeholder organizations wrote to leadership in the House and Senate in support of adding language to the FY22 omnibus appropriations bill that would delay further implementation of CMS’ Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) Repetitive Scheduled Non-Emergent Ambulance Transport (RSNAT) model.
