Aiding Ukraine: The Situation to Date and How You Can Help

Over the past week, Russia has launched a military invasion of Ukraine. This has forced more than 1 million Ukrainians to take refuge in the countries bordering Ukraine, including Poland, Hungary, Moldova, Slovakia and others.

Informed by ANCOR’s European counterpart, the European Association of Service Providers for People with Disabilities, and ANCOR member Keystone International and their affiliate Keystone Moldova, this special member briefing will address the following:

• What do we know about the situation for refugees with disabilities and their families in these border countries?
• What are the barriers for those seeking refuge?
