Data-driven decision-making is an invaluable component of organizational leadership regardless of organizational size or industry.  The uncertainty that COVID19 has brought upon our communities has added a layer of complexity to I/DD agency operations. In times such as these, it’s even more important to provide agency executives and program managers with tools to make the most sound decisions possible, so they can ensure the continuity of critical services and supports that people in our care rely upon.  This three-part series will offer attendees best practices and lessons learned to guide the decisions that need to be made despite, and because of, COVID19.

This three-part webinar series will take place August 5 – 19, 2020, with each session to last one hour in duration.

Wednesday, August 5, 2020 (1pm – 2pm EDT)

Part 2: Case Study on Using Data to Improve Outcomes
