This webinar is part 1 of the Data-Driven Decision-Making Web Series

With COVID-19 emergency funds to manage and uncertainty of future State Medicaid budgets, this foundational session on best practices to design and develop dashboards is a helpful resource to inform critical discussions such as service delivery during the pandemic, or envisioning future service models. In our first session, our guest presenters will leverage their expertise as certified public accountants to help attendees build I/DD dashboards that enable management and program staff to quickly and clearly understand performance, accomplishments, and outcomes which can subsequently identify opportunities for improvement.
