Conversations around gender expansiveness have been identified by HR professionals as one of the top diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) dialogues every organization should have in 2024. As human service professionals, few things could be more person-centered than learning how to honor and support gender-diverse, non-binary, transgender, and gender-fluid colleagues.
However, many of us are still unfamiliar with society’s evolving and expanding understanding of gender constructs. During this community conversation, our panelists will share where, in their experience, gender expansiveness and disability rights intersect to help us better understand how to humanize the conversation around gender in the workplace.
Join ANCOR for this free Community Conversation, in which panelists will speak to gender diversity in the workplace and how to create solidarity by equipping ourselves to better support our gender-expansive colleagues.
A recording will be made available for registrants.
