Happy Member Appreciation Week 2020!

Member Appreciation Week 2020 is taking place June 15-19! Because we love an opportunity to come together with our members, and the COVID-19 pandemic has made in-person gatherings impossible, we’ve decided to convene our members virtually! We hope you can join us for one or more of the four events below.

NOTE: The registration link for the first three events is the same; RSVPing for one event automatically registers you for the other two. The only event with a separate registration process is the virtual trivia night on Thursday, June 18, as that event allows you the option to register a team.

Virtual Coffee Break for Wonks & Wonkettes

Take a break to connect with ANCOR friends old and new during this virtual coffee break! The theme for the hour will be “Wonks & Wonkettes,” but you don’t need to be a complete policy nerd to participate-this networking event is open to all ANCOR members! The only rule: no talking about work! We hope to see you there on Tuesday, June 16, from 12-1 pm EDT / 9-10 am PDT.

Virtual Young (and Young at Heart) Professionals Happy Hour

Whether you’re actually young or just young at heart, you are the reason we remain optimistic about the future of community-based disability services. So, let’s connect and raise a glass to our leaders, current and future, and unwind after a long day. Open to any member of the ANCOR community, this young professionals happy hour will take place on Tuesday, June 16 at 5 pm EDT / 2 pm PDT.

Let’s face it: whether you’re homeschooling your kids, tending to a rambunctious toddler, or just chasing after your dogs and cats, working from home can be a drag. But don’t let that get you down; instead, reenergize with a caffeine break and some ANCOR friends and colleagues! Open to all ANCOR members but especially designed for parents of human and non-human children, this coffee break will take place on Thursday, June 18 from 12-1 pm EDT / 9-10 am PDT.
