ANCOR Submits Comments in Response to Dual Eligibles RFI

On January 13, ANCOR submitted comments in response to a congressional request for information (RFI) from Senators Bill Cassidy (R-LA), Tim Scott (R-SC), John Cornyn (R-TX), Mark Warner (D-VA), Tom Carper (D-DE), and Bob Menendez (D-NJ). The RFI requested feedback from stakeholders in the health care and patient communities as Senators develop legislation to improve coverage for individuals jointly enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid, who are also known as dual eligibles.

ANCOR’s comments focus on ensuring any policy related to integrated care does not carve out home- and community-based services and takes into consideration the impact on the workforce crisis. For more, read ANCOR’s full comments.
