Historically, people with disabilities have been the last to be considered to use technology. In recent years, with technology adoption, other forms of service innovation, and artificial intelligence, this has begun to change.
However, we need to ensure ethics and unintended outcomes continue to be considered and measured. As the technology evolves and adoption becomes easier, this presentation will look at a historical outline of the technology and adoption and related implications of moving too quickly without those considerations.
