ANCOR Joins Coalition Letter in Support of HCBS Funding

ANCOR joined a coalition letter sent to the White House on March 22 in support of an investment in $150 billion in the Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) program. During President Biden’s State of the Union address, the President acknowledged that a key provision in his domestic policy platform was investing in HCBS and reforming Long-Term Services and Supports. The coalition letter thanks the president for his commitment to HCBS and urges the continued inclusion and prioritization of a large investment in Medicaid HCBS and the direct care workforce as negotiations over the revised budget reconciliation package move forward.
