Biden Administration Publishes Unified Regulatory Agenda

On January 4, the Office of Management and Budget released the 2022 Unified Regulatory Agenda and Regulatory Plan, which sets out administrative priorities for the coming year. Across agencies, the administration’s goal is to reduce silos and enact “a whole-of-government approach to make our communities safer and build a more equitable economy that reduces barriers to opportunity, roots out discrimination, and delivers environmental justice to communities across the nation.”

Specifically, the U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services anticipate joint initiatives to support parity and have highlighted key initiatives related to discrimination and access to health services. ANCOR will continue to provide updates as regulations are noticed for public comment.
