Department of Labor Issues Request for Information

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued a request for information seeking public input in support of its open data efforts to ensure that expanding public access to Federal data will best reflect public interests, serve public needs, and continue to be customer focused while protecting the confidentiality of its data providers.

ANCOR plans to submit comments focusing on the need for data collection as incorporated through the standard occupational classification system and articulate the reasons that direct support professionals should have their own occupational code. The comment period closes December 12.
