Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the backbone of disability services—and yet the latest ANCOR State of America’s Direct Support Workforce Crisis report highlights a stark reality: turnover remains at crisis levels, job satisfaction continues to erode, and provider agencies are facing mounting operational and financial pressures. While no single intervention can solve the workforce crisis, the right combination of technologies can significantly improve the day-to-day experience of DSPs, reduce administrative friction, and empower agencies to retain and support their teams more effectively.
