ANCOR’s Comment on Adult Protective Services Proposed Rule

ANCOR expressed gratitude to the Administration for Community Living (ACL) in it’s comments on the proposed rule: Adult Protective Services Functions and Grants. In particular, ANCOR commends ACL’s responsiveness to community-based providers’ concerns and its broader efforts in developing a comprehensive system of standards and processes to support APS programs nationwide. The organization remains committed to collaborative efforts that ensure standards of good governance and reliability in APS procedures and processes.
