Better Care Better Jobs Section by Section Fact Sheet

This section-by-section analysis walks through the various provisions of the Better Care Better Jobs Act introduced in the Senate in the summer of 2021. Among other provisions, the bill would make an unprecedented investment in the Medicaid Home and Community Based Services program and compel states to conduct regular reviews of their Medicaid programs’ reimbursement rates.
