Partnership for Medicaid Letter to Biden Administration Regarding Medicaid Protections

On April 1, 2022, the Partnership for Medicaid wrote a metter to Chiquita Brooks-LaSure, Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), urging it to ensure that millions of Medicaid beneficiaries do not lose coverage that was extended to them under the declaration of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.
