ANCOR has been working to advocate for a more reasonable approach to the Department of Labor’s proposed Overtime Rule, Defining and Delimiting the Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales, and Computer Employees. On April 23, 2024, the Department of Labor released the Overtime Rule Final Rule.
