The HCBS Relief Act of 2025 (S.2076/H.R. 4029) is vital for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The bill would provide a 10-percentage-point increase in Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) for home and community-based services during 2026 and 2027.
