ANCOR has been working to advocate for a more reasonable approach to the Department of Labor’s proposed Overtime Rule, Defining and Delimiting the Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales, and Computer Employees. On April 23rd, 2024, the Department of Labor released the Overtime Rule Final Rule. ANCOR is in the process of reviewing the final rule and encourage you to register for our members-only briefing on Wednesday May 1 at 11am ET.
