ANCOR Holds PHE Unwinding Briefing

Two weeks ago, ANCOR held a member-only briefing on the unwinding of the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) declaration and its specific impact on community providers. ANCOR staff led an overview of the legislative uncoupling of the enhanced federal match from the PHE declaration and administrative unwinding from Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) flexibilities, including flexibilities authorized through 1915 (c) Appendix K, Section 1135 waivers, and Medicaid Disaster Relief state plan amendments.
