CMS Adds New HCBS Settings Rule State Resources

Last week, ANCOR reported that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is continuing to update its Home and Community Based Services Settings Rule resources, including determinations of heightened scrutiny site visits. CMS has recently added additional state documents to its website, including response reports to recently visited states. Newly updated state documents include Minnesota and Wisconsin.
