House Subcommittee on Health Explores Impacts of Proposed Long-Term Care Regulations

The House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Subcommittee on Health is set to conduct a hearing titled “Supporting Access to Long-Term Services and Supports: An Examination of the Impacts of Proposed Regulations on Workforce and Access to Care.” The hearing, scheduled for Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 2 pm EDT in the 2123 Rayburn House Office Building, will provide a platform for expert witnesses to share insights on the unique challenges faced by vulnerable populations in relation to the proposed nursing home ratio rule and access rule.
