Lengthy delays of Employment Autorization Documents for immigrant workers by U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) have exacerbated the workforce crisis by shrinking the pool of available workers to staff nursing homes and other congregate care settings. ANCOR joined with coalition partners in this letter to USCIS and the U.S. Deparment of Health & Human Services proposing sensible solutions to these long-standing delays.
