Social Security Administration Launches Ticket to Work Beneficiary Satisfaction Survey to Enhance Program Effectiveness

In an effort to enhance the effectiveness of the Ticket to Work Program, the Social Security Administration (SSA) has initiated a comprehensive survey targeting randomly selected Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients. The survey, known as the Ticket to Work Beneficiary Satisfaction survey, aims to gather valuable feedback on participants’ familiarity with and engagement in the program.

Recipients of invitation letters will be invited to provide insights into their awareness of the Ticket Program, their experiences with Employment Networks, and details about their work experiences. The information collected through the survey is instrumental in refining the Ticket Program and ensuring that the SSA is attuned to the specific needs and services required by SSDI beneficiaries and SSI recipients. SSA has requested that providers advise their clients that this is not a fraudulent request, and have developed a Survey Promotional Toolkit.
